journaling: When we got our new kitten we, as anyone who gets a new pet, had to come up with a name. Justin wanted to name the cat Stormy after my brother’s cat. It’s a cute name for their cat because the cat found them during a horrible storm that left them without power. I however, did not want to name our kitten after their cat and soon suggested Justin’s favorite character Tigger. After my suggestion, their was no turning back – Tigger it was. Okay so he’s not orange. That actually turned out to be a good thing considering Justin’s favorite stuffed animal that he sleeps with is also Tigger. We now had a way to differentiate the two: Orange Tigger, Grey Tigger, Kitty Cat Tigger…. Tigger ended up being the “purrrrrfect” name.
