I used the shape tool in PhotoShop to make the slope. I copied the shape and picked colors from the photo for the different layers. I used a texture filter on the top slop and a drop shadow. I used the shape tool to make the arrow and adjusted the opacity to 55%. I used the create wrapped text tool to slop the text. I also adjusted the opacity to 75%..
